| Abstract: | Zhuge Liang has been imaged as a Taoist either on the stage or in chats since the Yuan Dynasty till today, and this arrangement is supported by Zhuge Liang＇s opinions about management of state affairs, his theory to cultivate one＇s moral character and perfect one＇ s moral integrity, his selective readings and his birth place, all of which can be traced back to the influence of the Taoist culture. |
