| 摘 要： | 创新型人才培养是我国面临的紧迫任务 ,但我们在这方面还存在着许多问题。造成这些问题的主要原因是传统观念的束缚、政治体制改革的相对滞后以及非理性人才市场的牵动等。要克服这些问题 ,必须要树立“以人为本”的观念 ,围绕“开智”、“益智”、“智慧”这条主线进行教育改革

| Abstract: | To foster new type of talents is an urgent task we are faced with at present.At present there are many problems in this aspect.The causes of these problems mainly lie in the bondage of traditional ideas, the lagging of reform in political system, irrational restriction in talent market and etc.In order to solve these problems, we must advocate "the talent centered"idea and carry out the reform along mainline of developing intelligence,benefitting intelligence and obtaining intelligence. |
