| 摘 要： | 对传统区域发展理论的反思,弗里德曼等人提出了满足"基本需求"的区域发展理论.该理论受到联合国国际劳工局的肯定和支持,并且在发展中国家得到了富有成效的应用.基于相近的发展条件和相似的发展目标,满足"基本需求"的区域发展理论,对我国西部地区全面建设小康社会的产业发展、市场发展、融资战略、人才战略和政府作用等方面有重要的启示与借鉴.

| Abstract: | Based on the reflection upon traditional regional development theory, Friedman put forward the regional development theory of satisfying "basic needs". This theory was affirmed by United Nations International Labor Organization, and was applied effectively in developing countries. In view of the similar developing condition and objects, a lot can be drawn on from this theory in developing a well-off society in an all-round way in west China. |
