| Abstract: | Develop a recycling economy is an important guarantee for the practice of ＂Three Represents＂、implementing the scientific development concept、to achieve sustainable development.Japan is one of the earliest state initiate and promote the ＂Recycling economy＂,and achieved remarkable results,summing up their experience have important referential significance for china to develop a recycling economy.China should develop recycling economy through strengthen the system law and regulation,perfect the system of policy,make a breakthrough the bottleneck of technology, carry out the principle of ＂5 R＂, cultivate consciousness of the people. |
