| 摘 要： | 本文通过调查了解,发现学校的财政仍然存在着困难.另外学校的债务不能化解,教师的福利补助没有保障.本文从学校角度出发,以学校的财政情况来评价"新机制",以期"新机制"在实施过程中不断地完善.
