论"任务型"英语课堂教学的课外延伸

“任务型”英语课堂教学的课外延伸是解决大学英语教学所面临的如何提高学生实际交际能力这一问题的有效途径。本文通过对浙江工业大学之江学院 89名大一学生的课外任务教学实验 ,调查了他们的情感因素变化 ,阐述了把“任务型”英语课堂教学延伸到课外的必要性。此外 ,还从交际任务的特点出发 ,探讨了课外任务设计步骤 ;并就如何创造课外任务环境 ,提出了具体建议 ,以帮助师生更有效地实现“任务型”英语课堂教学的课外延伸。

Applications of Extracurricular Task -Based Approaches in ELT

Extracurricular task-based approaches in ELT is one of the most effective ways to help improve students' communicative ability. Extracurricular communicative tasks extend the tasks in the classroom to the outside of the classroom. This paper stresses the significance of the application of extracurricular communicative tasks by experimenting on 89 first-year college students and analyzing the changes of their affective factors. Moreover, this paper puts forward a designing procedure for extracurricular tasks based on the features of communicative tasks, and advance some suggestions on how to create task environment outside the classroom to help design and fulfill extracurricular communicative tasks.
