| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China put forward strengthening the construction of Party's administrative capacity in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee.The information asymmetry exists extensively.The economic and political information asymmetry has deep influence on Party's administrative capacity especially.This article probes into how to strengthen the construction of Party's administrative capacity under the condition of information asymmetry. |
