| 摘 要： | 公路交通是现代经济发展和建设和谐社会的基础,公路作为一种促进经济快速发展的重要手段,给人类带来了文明与进步.与此同时也带来了公路交通灾害,它已经威胁社会的持续发展,需要对其进行综合防范与治理.本文分析了陕西公路的基本现状,总结了公路交通灾害的基本概念,研究了基于人、车、环境和管理要素的公路交通灾害的致灾机理,构筑了公路交通灾害的综合防治对策.

| Abstract: | The road traffic is the basis of modern economic development and harmonious society.As an important means to accelerate economic development,the road brings the human beings civilization and progress.But at the same time it also brings road traffic disasters,which has endangered social sustainable development.Therefore,the road traffic disaster must be controlled and improved.In the article,the authors analyze the basic road situation of Shaanxi province,sum up the basic concept of road traffic disasters,study the disaster-causing mechanism relevant to individual,vehicle,environment and government,and bring out the comprehensive countermeasures to prevent the road traffic disaster. |
