| 摘 要： | 作为后起的发展中国家,中国既要遵循现代化的一般规律,也必须结合本国的国情,走出具有自己特色的现代化道路。各个地区实现现代化的道路和时序不一定完全相同。从2005年底起,以昆山为代表的苏南地区陆续达到全面小康社会指标,率先达到全面小康社会的水平,正向基本现代化迈进。苏南的实践证明,必须以科学发展观统领全面小康社会建设,坚持以人为本的发展观,转变发展观念,创新发展模式,提高发展质量。

| Abstract: | The realization of modernization is a grand vision of the Chinese people in the stage of economic growth. As a developing country, China must not only follow the general rule of modernization, but also take our own road which is based on Chinese characteristics and real situations. Ever since the end of 2005, Southern Jiangsu (especially Kunshan City) took the lead in achieving the goals of "Project of Overall Well-off Society" set by Jiangsu provincial government, so to realize the overall well-off goal and an early-stage modernization. The success of Southern Jiangsu proves that, in order to turn China into an overall well-off society, we must have a scientific development view, be human-oriented and change our development view and way of innovation, and improve the quality of development. |
