Analysis of market models of governing

Market models of governing is to introduce market mechanism and market strength into government so as to improve the efficiency of government and strengthen the functions of public services of it.This paper first gives a brief introduction to the theoretical foundations of market models:Public Choice,New Public Administration and Governance;and then gives a specific analysis for the use of market models.On the basis of the theoretical analysis and discussions,the paper proposes three main feasible measures of using market models in the administrative reform in China.The measures are:introduce market mechanism and establish limited government,enhance internal reform and responsibility of government,and define the ways of interaction of government,society and the public.
