中国家族制私有资本制度创新的思考

我国私有资本大多采取家族制企业制度方式,目前家族制企业普遍存在的问题是产权不清、产权结构单一、企业治理结构不科学、企业文化落后等,这些成为他们继续扩展的障碍,表明他们已经到了制度创新时期。本文主要从产权制度、治理结构、企业文化三个层面分析了家族制企业制度创新路径,提出了自己的见解。

Reflection on System Innovation of Private Capital in the Family - run Businesses

Most private capital in China takes a form of family-run-system enterprise. However, ubiquitous problems now generally existed in family-run-system enterprises are: undefined property right, single structure of property right, unscientific corporate governance structure and backward enterprise culture, etc., all of which have become the hindrance to the further expansion of those family-run-system enterprises. This obviously indicates that it is high time for such enterprises to carry out system innovation. This paper with its own viewpoints analyzes the road map of system innovation of family-run-system enterprises from three main aspects: property right system, corporate governance structure and corporate culture.
