| 摘 要： | 清末民初最有影响的报人梁启超，在中国新闻史上首次系统论述了新闻舆论思想，开启了中国近代舆论观嬗变的端绪，影响了中国近代舆论观的变迁。回顾中国近代舆论观的演变过程，可以透视梁启超舆论现的历史地位与其超越时空的理论价值。
