| 摘 要： | 组织的中心任务是积累组织知识,组织知识积累是组织获取竞争优势的关键。在研究人类知识积累的一般过程的基础上,根据知识积累所具有的连续性,以及沿着时间和空间积累的特性,提出了组织与个人的三维知识增长与积累模型。通过模型的构建与分析,指出持续学习是积累组织知识和提高组织创新能力的最重要途径。

| Abstract: | The main task of an organization is to accumulate knowledge of organization. It is the key of gaining the competition advantage of an organization. Based on the study of general process of human knowledge accumulation, the continuity of knowledge accumulation, and the characteristics of the accumulation along with time and space, we construct the 3-D model of knowledge accumulation. Though constructing and analyzing the model, we point out that constantly learning is the most important way of accumulating organization knowledge and enhances the capability of organization innovation. |
