| 摘 要： | 本文通过对人类学基本理论与方法的梳理，分析了人类学理论解释经济法现象的可能性，并对中国经济法的衍生模式、经济法的理论框架以及经济法的研究方法进行了探讨，认为中国经济法学的研究只有摆脱西方法学范式下的理论植入，才能真正提升研究品格。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of basic theories and methods of anthropology, this article analyzes the possibility of applying anthropological theory to the explanation of the phenomena of the economic law. Meanwhile, it discusses the evolution model, the theoretical framework and the research methods of Chinese economic law, and argues that the study of Chinese economic law must break away from the implantation of Western law theory. Only in this way can we improve the study quality of economic law in China. |
