| Abstract: | The independency and the integrity of Northeast Asian region have recovered after the Cold War.The economic globalization and non-traditional security threat set the further request to the regional cooperation of the area.Based on this background,the seeds of new regionalism in Northeast Asia began to bud,and it has a significant impact on the system construction,security cooperation and regional order of this area. |
