| 摘 要： | 就其组织形式而言 ,WTO是一个独立于联合国之外的多边的、开放的国际经济组织 ;就其执行的职能而言 ,WTO是一个超国家的协调机构 ;就其规则形成方式而言 ,WTO是一套不断完善的规则体系 ;就其解决问题的方式而言 ,WTO是一个平等协商机构 ;就其推崇的信条而言 ,WTO是一个强调公开自由竞争的市场经济组织 ;就其运行的方式而言 ,WTO是一套机制 ;就其允许例外而言 ,WTO是一个俱乐部性质的组织 ;就其整体风格而言 ,WTO是一种独特的文化

| Abstract: | As for its form of organization,the WTO is a multilateral and open international economical organization independent of the UN;As for its functions,the WTO is a coordination body above all nations;As for its mode of formation of regulations,the WTO is a regulation system which is continuously improved;As its way to solve a problem,the WTO is a institution for equal consultation;As for its credendum,the WTO is an organization of market economy which lays its emphasis on open and free competition;As for its manner of operation,WTO is a system of mechanism;As for its allowance for special cases,WTO is like a club;As for its style on the whole,WTO is a culture of special character. |
