| 摘 要： | 在以知识经济为主导的21世纪中,决定一个国家核心竞争力的主要是创新能力。而培养具有创新意识的人才是高等教育的重要任务。本文从地方高校培养创新人才培养体系的必要性、对创新人才培养的因素分析的基础上,提出了如何创新人才培养体系的思考。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge- economy 21st century, the core competence of a country will primarily be decided by the innovation capability. And it is an important task of higher education now to cultivate the people who have consciousness of innovation. Based on the necessity of establishing the system of cultivating creative talents and the analysis of cultivating creative talents, a question, how to innovate the personnel training system has been put forward in this article. |
