The Evolution of the Livestock Penalty of Ancient Mongolian Legislation

In the laws of the various parts of the ancient Mongolian code there is a kind of relatively special means of punishment ,livestock penalty .It is mainly by cattle confiscated criminals must achieve retribution and deterrence .The penalty is the inevitable product of Mongolia animal husbandry economy ,it is one part of Mon-golia minority customary law ,was later written legislation in each period of the absorption and development .As an important ancient legislation of Mongolia nationality in the way of penalty ,livestock penalty is a good reflec-tion of the Mongolia nationality in different historical periods of political ,economic situation ,its development and evolution is the unique national characteristics .
