论西部少数民族地区新型城镇化进程中被征地农民社会保障

城镇化是我国扩大内需、转变经济发展方式和经济结构调整的重要途径之一、是全面建成社会主义小康社会的重要载体,关系着社会主义现代化建设的成败和中国梦的实现。在新型城镇化背景之下,结合当前国家关于失地农民社会保障政策和少数民族地区自身特点,本文以社会保障制度创新为切入点,分析了西部少数民族地区失地农民社会保障的现状及问题,并提出了解决当前失地农民社会保障的政策性建议。

Research on the Social Security of Landless Peasants in the Process of New Urbanization in the Western Minority Areas

Under the new urbanization background, combined with the current national policies on the landless peasants＇ social security and the minority areas＇ own characteristics, this paper takes the social security system innovation as the breakthrough point, analyses the status and problems of landless farmers social security in the western minority areas, and puts forward policy suggestions on solving the current social security of landless peasants.
