| Abstract: | Decorated tomb brick, as an art style, is the marvel in the treasure-house of cultural relics in China, of which, the pattern-pressed crafts and the embedment arts are the crystallization of the exchange between the southern and northern cultures. Dating from the early crafts of decorated tomb brick, the article, based on the social background, analyzes the characteristics and the innovations of the crafts and arts in the Southern Dynasties. |
