| 摘 要： | 结合林业生态建设的实际 ,分析了建立生态公益林效益补偿机制的必然性和可行性 ,并提出建立以国家和地方财政统筹为主 ,部门和社会补偿相结合的多渠道、多层次的补偿机制 ,同时对补偿的对象、范围、标准及补偿费的使用和管理进行了探讨。
