引导业主委员会 促进社区社会工作的民主化

民主化是社区社会工作发展的方向,但在目前体制下,基层社区组织由于缺乏社会凝聚力和行政色彩过浓,不但不能有效地推进社区社会工作的开展,还在一定程度上阻碍了城市社区工作的民主化进程,而将业主委员会这一新兴的具有“公民社会”初步特征的利益凝聚型的社会组织纳入到基层社区组织中,无疑会对推进社区社会工作民主化起到积极的作用。

Democratization is the direction of the social work development of the community.Because lack of social cohesion and the hue of administration is so dense,under the system at present,not only can not impel the development of social work of community,but also hampered the process of democratization of the city community work.While,if put the proprietor committee which is the original social organization that have the initial characterization of citizen sociality and interests into the grass-roots community organization,it will play a positive role in the impelling development of social work no doubt.
