摘    要:阐述了“鲶鱼效应”的本质,揭示了鲶鱼型人才的特征,从培养、选拔、任用、考核、评价、激励、监管、保护等方面研究探讨了基于“鲶鱼效应”的人力资源管理机制的构建及应注意的问题,以期为组织运用“鲶鱼效应”进行管理实践提供借鉴和指导。
