| 摘 要： | 生态建设战略是国家发展战略的重要组成部分。在发展战略上认识和处理经济发展与生态环境保护的关系是生态建设战略的根本要求。生态建设战略的历史演变，充分体现国家发展战略在人与自然关系问题上认识和实践的历史差异。1949年以来我国生态建设战略先后经历了“服务”型、“兼顾”型、“并驱”型和“一体化”四个历史演变阶段。这从侧面折射出我国经济社会发展战略的历史发展。

| Abstract: | As an important part of China's national development strategy,Eco-construction requires the recognition and treatment of the relationship between economic development and ecological protection at a strategic level.Historical evolution of the ecological construction strategies reflects the historical differences in the understanding and practice of a nation's development strategy concerning the relations between human and nature.Since 1949,China's ecological construction strategy has experienced the four historical stages of “service”,“coordination”,“parallelism” and “integration”,which indirectly reflects the evolution of China's strategies on economic and social development. |
