高等教育系统——学术组织文化浅析

用文化的观点去研究高等教育系统是一个崭新的并具有重要意义的研究途径。高等教育系统的学术组织文化是复杂多样的，但有四种典型的类型：学科文化、院校文化、职业文化和系统文化。由于高等教育系统文化具有中介性、整合性作用，对“个体”的行为有控制、引导、约束作用，因此研究高等教育系统文化对于理解高等教育系统以及制定促进高等教育发展的公共政策具有重要意义。

The Culture on Academic Organization

The cultural view of higher education system is a newer and meaningful approach. The basic types of academic culture can be distinguished as the cultures of discipline, enterprise, profession-at-large, and national system. The academic culture has the functions of intergrating and mediating, also of controling, conducting, restricting individual behavior. Thus, the study of the academic culture can help us to comprehend the higher education system and the public policies can be better tuned than they are now if the politicians were to gain more knowledge from cultural research.
