当今美国的伊斯兰研究界活跃着一些犹太裔学者，他们以自己的观点和主张影响着美国对伊斯兰世界的看法，甚而影响到美国政府针对伊斯兰世界的政策制定。本文选择其中影响最大的几位学者，对其观点与主张加以简要介绍和分析，以求为理解当前西方和伊斯兰世界的关系提供新的视角。

Analysis on the Jewish Elements in Islamic Studies of United States

Either the inter-religion dialogues or conflicts between religions are never simply determined by theologies or doctrines of religion. In fact, American policy for Islamic world these years is one of the most important elements which influence the relationship between Christiandom and Islamic world. In today's America, the most active and influential figures in Islamic and Middle East studies are some Jewish scholars and policy entrepreneurs. The analysis of their idea and opinion will show an other perspective in understanding relationship between west world and Islamic world.
