全面认识“会意”造字方法

在汉字发展的过程中,先后出现过两种会意造字方法,一种是通过形象化的图形提示词义的形象会意方法,另一种是通过字的组合来解释或提示词义的抽象会意方法.长期以来,人们仅把抽象会意字看成会意字,而把形象会意字看成象形字或指事字,这种片面的看法既不能准确地理解会意字的造字意图,又导致"会意"与"象形"、"指事"两种造字方法的界限不清.
