| 摘 要： | 对陕西省高校图书馆自1981年以来整体化建设的组织机构与办馆条件,宏观管理取得的成效,馆际之间的交流和改革,推进网络化和自动化,业务研讨和培训以及资源开发和共享等方面,所取得的成绩,进行了回顾与总结;在此基础上指出,发挥图书馆工作委员会指导协调职能是搞好整体化建设的关键,数字图书馆是21世纪图书馆的发展方向,各馆必须与时俱进,求实创新,加强管理与宣传,争取各界支持,才能履行高校图书馆的教育职能与情报职能。

| Abstract: | The paper retrospects to and reviews achievements of university libraries in Shaanxi from 1981 to present, which include organization of integrating construction, automation of the library, networking, digitized degree, resource sharing and so on.The guidance and regulation is the function of the libraries committee, at the same time,it is the key of integrating construction of libraries.All libraries will become the digital libraries in the future,so all libraries must advance, innovate and strengthen the management. |
