| Abstract: | Either Eastern Liaoning Province or DPRK has its own advantages and disadvantages in economic resonrces of manpower,material,capital,management and technology.It is significant to the achievement of the effectively mutual combination of economic resources and the healthful,harmonious economic development to study the complement of the development and ultilization of these resources on both sides. |
