中西方经营文化差异及启示

摘    要:中西方经营文化具有诸多差异 ,以我国的国有企业和西方的跨国公司作比较 ,可知西方跨国公司的经营文化已臻成熟 ,其核心是以市场需求为导向 ,以消费者为中心 ,以企业可持续发展为宗旨 ;而我国国有企业仍处在深化改革的过程中 ,旧思想旧习惯仍起作用。只有正确认识中西文化差异 ,发展文化认同 ,学会跨文化经营 ,才会创建适应经济全球化的有中国特色的企业经营文化

Abstract:There are various differences of management between the West and the Orient. On the comparison between the transnational corporations in the West and the ones in the Orient,we may find that the transnational corporations in the West are becoming mature. They focus on the requirements of the market and consumers as well as the eternal development of the enterprises. In China, however, due to the effect of old-fashioned ideas and habits, the national enterprises are in the process of in-depth reform. Only having recognizing these differences can we learn how to manage the transnational corporations well and can we establish the management culture characterized with Chinese features to adapt to the world economic globalization.
