英语(国贸)专业交替传译教学改革探索

摘    要:针对英语(国际贸易)专业学生的培养目标与特点,就交替传译课程设计与教学实践作了初步探索。认为口译课应该是技能实践课,并在此基础上提出该门课程应由交替传译概论、通用交传技巧与实践、通用英汉传译实践和专题英汉传译实践等四个模块组成,并分别就这四个模块作了简述,最后还讨论了教学实践中出现的几个问题并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:The paper, based on the set targets and specific features of English majors with international trade orientation in particular, makes some tentative explorations in the aspect of its course design and practice in the consecutive interpretation teaching, The paper holds that the interpretation course should emphasize the skill learning and practice from the angle of practicality and puts forward that the course should consist of four modules: Introduction to Consecutive Interpretation; General Consecutive Interpreting Skills and Practice; General English and Chinese Interpreting Practice; and Specialized English and Chinese Interpreting Practice. Then the author tries to elaborate each of them respectively to some degree. The paper finally discusses some related problems in the process of teaching practice and offers some possible suggestions accordingly.
