| Abstract: | The Central Plains Economic Zone is a national economic engine in China, so its effective development is of great importance. This paper elaborates on the study of the soft environment construction in the Central Plains Economic Zone, analyses its soft environment, discusses the necessities and priorities in the construction of its soft environment and proposes some suggestions on the optimized soft environment construction. |
