摘    要:在信息网络技术迅猛发展的形势下,人力资源已成为企业发展中不容忽视的重要因素.作为活动主体的人的能动性和重要性受到空前的重视,企业的人力资源的管理模式正由传统的手工管理方式向新型的信息化管理模式转变,因此,作为人力资源信息化管理系统,应在积极思考建立人性化管理模式的同时,努力实现人性化管理和办公软件绿色设计载体的有机统一,充分体现人本主义管理理念.

Abstract:With the rapid development of information and network technology, human resources have be-come an important factor in business development. Man's initiative and the importance never received more attention than it does today. The human resources management in company is changing from the tra-ditional manual way to the information-based model, which is expected to realize the organic unity of hu-man-oriented management and green design of office software, as well as to fully embody the idea of hu-man-oriented management.
