摘    要:供应商参与新产品开发(SINPD)作为一种新产品协同开发形式,越来越受到企业界以及学术界的重视。在综述国内外研究的基础上归纳了SINPD的业务流程,并根据该业务流程推导出了在不同阶段供应商知识整合的不同路径。这些路径虽有差异,但主要是通过四种类型的整合方式来实现:现有知识和新知识的整合、隐性知识向显性知识的整合、个人知识和群体知识的整合、外部知识和内部知识的整合。

Abstract:Supplier involvement in new product development (SINPD) as a new form of collaborative product development received more attention from business and academic circles. Based on the domestic and international research review, the study summarizes SINPD business processes, and derives the path of supplier knowledge integration at different stages according to the business process. Although there are some differences among these paths, primarily through four types of integration to achieve: the integration of existing knowledge and new knowledge, the integration of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, the integration of individual knowledge and group knowledge, the integration of external knowledge and internal knowledge.
