摘    要:新时期我国行政文化存在着权力本位观念浓厚、保守守旧作风严重和权力滥用、消极腐败等问题.究其原因,主要是中国古代高度集权制行政模式、官僚主义行政传统和我国原有计划经济体制的影响.要解决这些问题,必须从政府制度、政府形象和政府理念三个方面实现我国行政文化的创新.

Abstract:In domestic administrative culture,there has arisen many a problem in the new era,including the severe worship of power,the conservative working style,the abuse of power and corruption.These problems can be attributed to the centralized administrative paradigm in ancient China,the bureaucratic tradition and the influence of planned economy before reform and opening-up.To solve those problems and innovate domestic administrative culture,we should make reforms in government institutions,the image of government and the notions of government.
