Practice and Exploration during the Internationalization of Teaching Staff in Xuzhou Institute of Technology

As a newly-built local application-oriented university, Xuzhou Institute of Technology advocates the project of ＂Young and Middle-aged Key Teachers＇ Overseas Training＂ to improve the internationaliza- tion of teaching faculty and promote school＇s development. The main measures go as follows： firmly set up the concept of opening and cooperative education; attentively develop the international outlook through overseas training project; actively create the air of inter-cultural communication and academic exchange; actually reform the educational ideas in scientific research.
