| 摘 要： | 大学的育人本质是高校党建的旨归,这是高校党建区别其他行业党建的特质.而大学文化是高校党建与大学本质的内在契合.高校党建应塑造大学文化的灵魂,营造大学文化模式,主导大学文化理念,拓展大学文化载体,全面构建大学物质文化、制度文化和精神文化,充分发挥文化的育人功能,实现科学文化与人文文化的整体育人.

| Abstract: | The essence of university as educating people is also the goal of Party construction, which distin- guishes the university＇s party building from the others. As the inner embodiment of university culture and Party building, university Party building ought to shape the soul of university culture, create the cultural mode, lead the cultural concept, and develop the cultural carrier. Through all-round construction in mate- rials, institutions, and spirits, the education function of university can be fully played by combining scien- tific culture and humanity culture. |
