| 摘 要： | 民族师范院校向综合性、教育研究性大学的转型是社会发展的需要,而在转型过程中,民族师范院校的实验室规划管理工作是必须关注的重点.这里通过文献研究、社会调查等方法,分析了目前民族师范院校实验室规划管理所处的宏观背景,并针对实验室规划管理上存在的具体问题,作对策方面的探讨研究.

| Abstract: | To meet the demand of social development, the normal college for nationalities is expected to De comprehensive and research-oriented. In the process of transformation, much concern should be given to library planning and management. Through literature review and social survey, the paper analyzes the macro-background and problems in the planning and management, and studies on the countermeasures. |
