| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of information industry and logistic service,modern commercial mode is also undergoing constant changes.Online shopping becomes popular with the development of Internet technology.Analyzing the differences between internet transactions and traditional business contracts,this paper discovers the problems therein,and puts forward solutions to them and the measures to regulate online transactions by legal means. |
