| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education and takes a mission in culti- vating qualified and technical professionals. At present, the party construction in vocational and technical colleges is facing new challenges. It could be improved for scientific working level under the guidance of socialist core values and with thorough implementation of the scientific outlook on development. |
