| 摘 要： | 学生思想政治工作事关高职院校人才培养质量,因此,学校应着力构建全员、全程、全方位育人的思想政治教育工作格局.从加强队伍建设,发挥课堂主渠道作用,注重以人为本、切实解决实际问题,通过实践提高学生能力,加强学生党团组织建设,营造高雅校园文化等多个方面,对提高高职院校思想政治工作的实效性进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Students＇ ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges deals with the quality of tal- ent training. Thus, all-involved, full-procedure and all-round working pattern should be established. The paper discusses the working effectiveness in team construction, classroom-dominated education, human-o- rientation, practical problem solution, practice adherence, student Party and League organization and cam- pus culture creation, etc. |
