摘    要:干部选拔任用初始提名是干部选拔任用工作的第一道关口,也是提高选人用人质量的关键.分析了现行初始提名办法的利弊,在调查研究的基础上,对初始提名权问题进行了探讨.

Abstract:The nomination is initial cadre selection and appointment of cadre selection and appointment of work the first pass, but also improve the quality of making use of a key. Analyses the advantages and dis advantages of the current initial nomination method in the investigation and study on the basis of initial nomination problems are discussed.
