Practice and Reflection on the Cultural Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges: A Case of Chien-shiung Institute of Technology

Higher vocational colleges have much in common with the undergraduate universities in spiritual culture, systematic culture, conduct culture and material culture, but they also have unique cultural con- struction demands. The paper elaborates in terms of their cultural development, quality, cooperation and practice, in the hope of refining the campus culture and improving the core competitive ability of higher vo- cational colleges.
