| Abstract: | Regional innovation network is a special kind of social capital,which influences in a profound way the efficient operation of the former.As regards the operation mechanism of regional innovation network,it consists of the benefit mechanism,the innovation mechanism,the learning mechanism and the control mechanism.The operation mechanism of social capital and regional innovation network depends on the cooperation network,trust,culture,regulation and innovation. |
