| 摘 要： | 加快转变经济发展方式要求产业结构升级。从时间上看,我省的产业升级是"快"的,但从实际内容看又是很"慢"的。产业向第三产业转型需要政府克服过去发展第二产业时的弊端,强调投入要素的转变和产业本身的发展规律。

| Abstract: | Industrial upgrade is essential to the quickening of economic transformation in China.Upgrade of industries in Guangdong province seems very "fast" based on timeline,but the analysis of the upgrade is very "slow".Industries transforming to the tertiary industry must overcome the malpractices used in the development of the secondary industry,and stress the importance of the transformation of input factors and the industrial development rules. |
