| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the small and medium software enterprises urgent need for software talents in higher vocational education,which justifies the significance of the cooperation between software technique program and the small and medium software enterprises.It also proposes the approach to implement the reform of talent cultivation model,whose positioning lies in small and medium software enterprises. |
