摘    要:教育模式是对教育过程的组织方式及其相应策略的模式化概括,涉及到人才培养目标设定、课程设置、培养方案、师资队伍等条件要求以及质量保障体系建立等方面的确立。教育模式要回答的问题是培养什么人、怎样培养人、靠什么培养人和用什么标准去衡量培养出的人等一系列问题。海内外的研究生教育模式发展历程、模式特点、运作机制都有较明显的差别,海外的研究生教育模式主要特色能为我国研究生教育模式改革提供学习和借鉴。

Abstract:Education model is a modelization summary of the organizational methods and corresponsive strategies in the process of education conducting. It concerns the fixing' of education target, curricular arrangement, teaching program, faculty requirement and quality guarantee system. The questions to be answered are as follows: what to educate, how to educate, by what to educate and how to assess the educated students and so on. The domestic and overseas postgraduate education models are very different in aspects such as development process, education characteristics, conducting mechanism and so on. Therefore we should learn the pros from overseas postgraduate education models to improve China's education reform.
