基于Fuzzy-PID算法加热炉温度控制的仿真研究

摘    要:针对加热炉这种非线性对象,采用基于Takagi-Sugeno推理的Fuzzy-PID复合控制方式,分别研究其基本控制性能、抗干扰性能及其鲁棒性能。结果表明Fuzzy-PID复合控制既具有模糊控制的鲁棒性强、调节时间快、超调小的特点,又具有PID控制的动态跟踪品质好和稳态精度高的特点,是对工业控制中大惯性、纯滞后、参数时变的非线性受控对象的有效控制方法。

Abstract:In this paper,a compound control mode based on Fuzzy-PID of Takagi-Sugeno is studied for a kind of non-linear object: heating furnace.Its basic control performance,the resistant ability to interference and its robustness are separately studied.The result indicates that the Fuzzy-PID compound control has both the characteristic of the fuzzy control: strong robustness,quick control time and the small overshoot,and the characteristic of the PID control: the good quality of dynamic track and high precision of the stable state.It is the effective control method to the non-linearity controlled object in the industry control,which has the characteristics of the big inertia,the pure lag and the time-varying parameter.
