| 摘 要： | 高校优质教学资源供给的稀缺性和高等教育大众化对优质教学资源的需求扩张之间的矛盾制约了高等教育质量提升。我国高校教学资源既存在总量上不足，也存在结构上失衡的问题。影响我国高校教学资源共享水平和效率主要因素有：资源建设、资源共享机制的设计、资源共享的技术支持。资源共享是一项复杂的系统工程，应该分层次、分阶段分别采用校区间共享、高校间共享、区域间共享的模式，通过以点带面，区域互动，充分发挥资源的聚集效应和辐射效应，从而不断提高资源共享水平，提升高等教育质量。
