| 摘 要： | 国权是指在国家主权和国家利益结合基础上的国家权利。江泽民国权思想是一个完整的理论体系,领土完整、国家统一是国权得以存在的先决条件;在国权范围内保障和发展人权是国权得以实现的内部条件;科技强军、发展现代国防是国权得以维护的重要条件;发展特色文化、捍卫文化主权是国权斗争的新课题。

| Abstract: | National rights refer to the rights of a nation based on national sovereignty and benefit.Jiang Zemin's thought of national rights is an integrated theoretical system of which the prerequisite is territorial integrity and unification of the motherland,the internal conditional is the guarantee and development of human rights within the realm of national rights,the crucial factor is the strengthening of arm force and national defense based on science and technology and the new task is the development of characteristic culture and defense of culture sovereignty. |
